There is a giant lurking in the background of our daily lives. It feeds off of the misery of others from its unseen hiding place. We see it every day, but do not recognize it. Our government has spent billions of dollars ensuring that the giant is well hidden, and even more money ensuring that it is well protected should it be exposed. And, like all creatures, this giant must feed. It is far more frightening than any terrorist or war we could ever face, and yet it still hides in our own back yard. If it is not draining the life out of an innocent person, or sometimes an entire family because none are being sacrificed to it, it will stretch out from its hiding place, carefully ensuring it is not seen, and grab hold of the innocent randomly to feed upon them. Unfortunately for those of us who are parents and seek to protect our children, while we may try to fight this beast back, we are no match for its awesome strength and power. And, since anything we’d say or do against it publicly, crying out for help would undo the billions the government is spending to keep the giant hidden, our cries for help go unheard. We contact the media, but they either ignore it because there is not enough money in the story for them to cross such a beast, or because they too, are simply, far too afraid of the giant. In a world where adults must grow up and leave behind fairy tales, legends and mythologies as stories from their past, once you have beheld the face of this giant, your entire foundation of beliefs is shattered. Your understanding of the world, from political conspiracies to everyday life is torn asunder. To look at the giant’s face and see that it is real, but that it is a horrible, grotesque thing woven from the fabric of the most vile parts of human existence is enough to destroy the soul itself.

 I speak, of course, of one of the most powerful organizations in our world: The Department of Human Services. Laugh not, disbelievers. For the story I have to tell is one that will leave you in such fear, that you will never be the same person again. Whilst many ghost stories and spooky tales are spoken around a campfire and carry through our entire lives, this is one ghost story that you never want to find out is true. This is one of those legends, that once you know about it, you can never go back to the state of innocence you possessed prior to reading it. I warn you: if you are weak of heart, then do not continue to read on. Where I thought I could go on and continue my fight against this beast, I have learned of its true power. It’s awesome fierceness is so great, that I fear death less than I do the grip of this monster. And, in truth, have prepared myself for my final days on this world, knowing that my child has been swallowed up by this monster, and without an army of people, money, press and others to support my struggle, he will, day by day, be broken down until there’s nothing left. There is no greater pain, or shame, that could befall a loving father than to have lost his son. This is not a battlefield of glory or honor, but of corruption and deceit. Where I would turn to the government for assistance, I find people ‘shutting,’ me up. Where I would turn to the law for protection, I find the highest levels of authorities quickly, ‘passing the buck,’ hoping not to upset the giant and themselves face its terrifying wrath. There’s an old adage that reads: The only things in life that are certain are death and taxes. While I’m sure the grim reaper doesn’t appreciate being brought down to the same level as the I.R.S., he should be quite thankful that it ends there. Where once the I.R.S. had ultimate authority within their own borders, they too, fear the reprimands that might befall them should the Department of Human Services turn on them. In fact, the I.R.S. will support the misappropriation of federal dollars to support the giant’s decisions and help hire it an army of minions and dark soldiers to do its bidding just to avoid a conflict of interest and be crushed.

 Sure, I know what you’re thinking. All of this sounds like a group of well-placed, misleading adjectives intended to scare you. Look around you though – do you see it? Can you feel it? Can you hear it? The answer you’re telling yourself right now is, ‘no.’ You don’t see DHS anywhere you look. You don’t hear DHS anywhere you go. But, that’s where we begin to break the surface of the greatest cover-up in today's world. Ever hear of, ‘welfare?’ That, is DHS. Ever hear of Social Security Disability? That too, ultimately goes through DHS. Whenever you hear discussions of health care, government supported family events, family planning, disabled services or child protective services, you are hearing of DHS. I’m sure you’ve heard of Medicare and Medicaid? Both, along with all services to the elderly, are a part of DHS. And, while DHS has its hands in everyone of our lives, affecting our tax rates, political campaigns, legislative laws, ballot measures, schools, and a wide-variety of other, daily factors, such as automotive, prescriptions, health care and so on. There are even darker actions this giant is a part of that remains completely unseen by the general public. In fact, it’s so important to the government that you not know one of the giant’s dirty, little secrets, that they have given the giant complete, judicial authority to do as it pleases, even surpassing Congress itself. That’s right, the giant is so big and frightening, that not even Congress or the United States Supreme Court may rule against it. If the giant wants to kill, it can. If the giant wants to hurt, it can. And, if the giant sees you and your family as its next, delicious target, a series of events will take place that will find you in the same place I have recently found myself: waiting for death to come and take away the irreversible pain the giant has wrought upon you and your innocent, loved ones. What’s really frightening though, is that the giant does want to kill, to hurt and to destroy. In fact, without specifically destroying the lives of as many people as possible, the giant cannot survive. DHS is the only organization in the world whose soul requirement to function relies on being able to vindictively hurt another human being. And, when there are not enough ‘bad guys,’ for it to hurt (since the government does at least try to convince the giant to focus on the bad guys, hoping to protect at least a few of the innocents), the giant will turn on the remainder of the population to satisfy its hunger.

 Not scared yet? Not sure what to believe? I was, right where you are now. The difference is, that I didn’t have the luxury of reading this in advance. I had to face the giant head on without warning, and watch as my little boy was drug away in its hands, kicking and screaming for me to save him, pounding with my fists against the soles of shoes so large that I couldn’t even be felt. And, as I watched helplessly, my son screamed, “Daddy, please save me. Please don’t let it get me. Daddy, please help me.” And, I screamed back, “I’m coming son. Hang in there, just a little longer. I promise, I coming!” But, those would be the last of my words he would hear with his ‘own,’ ears. You see, the beast does not feed as humans do. It must be fed with pain and suffering. As I mentioned before, the government has tried to circumvent this abomination, the best it can, by trying to focus the beast’s hunger on criminals and bad guys; but there just weren’t enough of those. In order to help sustain its appetite, and help control this ravenous hunger, the United States government has created initiatives and emergency bills based on fake premises hoping to hide their actions. Most recently, the Adam Walsh Act which was supposedly designed to ensure the protection of children against sexual exploitation and harm. And, yes, it contains clauses that have been determined to directly interfere with the Constitution of The United States; preventing the falsely accussed from getting access to records for forensics without first entering into the Giant's lair. And, there is no premise for either of these issues. The Government acted without proof or reasoning.

It is not an unknown fact to the mass public that when the government wants to gain the support of the people, even when the situation doesn’t support it, that they play upon the public’s, ‘fears.’ When the United States wanted to enter World War II, it was faced with a serious level of opposition from those who remembered World War I, and until the bombing of Pearl Harbor occurred, couldn’t convince the public to support its cause. To save time and space not discussing all they have done, this is one of the best, and most infamous examples of how the government obtains public support. Look at 9-11, and the need for the Republican party to thwart a nation’s dying support of our troops. It certainly did the job it was intended to do. So, in an attempt to ‘protect,’ the people, the President himself has overseen these laws (referring back to the Adam Walsh Act) and agreed to them unquestioned. You may ask yourself why the government would use anti-child predator/anti-pedophile laws to support the giant when there are probably easier, and much less unscrupulous ways? The answer is this: There is a sub-division of DHS called Child Protective Services. This was an agency originally designed to protect children who had been harmed. In the last decade or two, this has been mutated into a grotesque, boil and puss-filled leg of the giant’s. By using the child-safety, protection acts as a front, the government knew that no one would object to the recruitment of law-enforcement officials and accredited, psychologists to also support these ‘goals.’ The problem is, that unless a child is being hurt, CPS has no reason to exist. And, while it is sad that we live in a world where children are hurt, the transmutation of transforming DHS/CPS minions into committing criminal activities, has not functioned to protect those children, but rather give up their original goals to become feeders of the giant. Heck, in the last 10 years, the courts have allowed individuals to repeatedly commit malpractice and falsely represent themselves as doctors during trials. They have allowed laws, such as the OAR laws to be broken and force people to see these so-called, doctors, in lieu of real medical professionals, so they could hide the truth!

 If the giant went completely unchecked and was hurting our children in front of us, the government would not be able to keep it so well hidden. Instead, CPS has been given the agonizing souls of innocent adults to feed from as well. This is not just any adult though, but adults that the government has to ‘set up,’ to ensure that their actions remain hidden behind a wall of lies. It is true, that the general public in this country has become so desensitized to the cries of their peers, that a Capitalist nation has no financial support for the media to show care or concern for adults who are hurt while being falsely accused of crimes against children; that a blind eye is turned toward the situation; and the truth becomes a series of muffled, agonizing screams that will eventually stop once the life is fully bled out of us. The media will not admit their mistakes, because they'd also have to admit that they knowingly ignored the brutal abuse of the innocent. We are all concerned about the safety of our children, as it should be. Why would anyone of us question the government’s motives when we hear about these, ‘monsters,’ the so-called predators and pedophiles who live amongst us? In fact, many ‘soccer-mom,’ types blindly jump onto whatever caravan is passing by them, pointing fingers and screaming ‘witch,’ creating an insanely unacceptable, if not humiliating (to the justice system environment) abuse of the law; whereby the real, underlying issues are further lost and forgotten. Those who read the recent laws about stopping the sexual exploitation of children (not the finger pointing and quite ignorant soccer-mom-type moms and dads of our country who care less for their children than they do championing a cause so they can feel better about themselves), and are not a part of the government’s intricately designed plans to keep the DHS giant hidden, usually find themselves disgusted and appalled. But, they are not disgusted so much with the so-called predators/pedophiles. Instead, those who actually read through these laws and case files such as Matthew Bandy and Julie Amero, usually find themselves shocked and dismayed at the government. In fact, their ever-growing laws are becoming so frighteningly against the basic principals of justice and due process that even criminal attorneys are having a difficult time managing these cases. Based on common-law, English jurisprudence, a person is supposed to be, ‘innocent until proven guilty.’ However, there have been recent laws that have overturned Constitutional Amendments themselves, to punish a person before due process has taken place. For instance, a person accused of seeing child pornography online (which Congress has strangely, without justification or support and against an entire nation of screaming and protesting psychologists, deemed equal to sexually raping a child) who protests the accusations and is awaiting a trial, will be stripped of their privileges to use a computer, go outside at night-time and regardless of whether or not they’re a parent, may even find themselves with the same limitations in their everyday life as a fully-registered, sex offender. The constitution says that a person cannot be punished until found guilty through due process. The law disguises this punishment as ‘conditions,’ of being on bail. Not even murderers or rapists face the same level of limitations as the accused in this case.

 While we should be concerned for our children’s safety from predators and pedophiles, we should be even more concerned about the laws that are identifying predators and pedophiles for the sake of feeding the giant.  If we truly care about our children, can we justify the amount of innocent people being gathered up for the slaughter, when that is what our children see? Should we not start with the most basic principals of human rights and respect? The way the current system works, we are sacrificing our children’s futures and minds for the personal, selfish desire of the here and now. There is no need to provide evidence in these cases. In fact, the ‘smoking gun,’ policy of habeus corpus has been extinguished. This should scare every last person in America. It doesn’t matter if you’re the type of person that believes that your completely legal and above-board actions on the internet should make you exempt from false accusations. But, does that still apply when you can be tried without evidence? You can be tried on an assumption that you were the person to commit the crime because you own a computer. Only now is forensics just starting to recognize this, long after it is too late for tens of thousands who are either in prison for life or have already leapt to their deaths. I won’t go into that more, because that is not the focus of this article. Suffice it to say that in the end, the government has created a series of laws, special sources of additional funding  and taken other measures to ensure that every-day people are being hunted down, increasing the numbers into the tens of thousands in less than a few years’ time of supposedly guilty people, and all without any basic consideration for facts, evidence or whether or not a child has or has not been harmed. Yep, you read that write. You do not have to harm a child to be tried for the harming of a child. Could the situation get more dangerous in a country based on Liberty and Justice? Sure it can. That’s because not only have the police hunted down innocent people; finger-pointing and saying, ‘witch,’ just like they did over 300 years ago become an acceptable form of irrefutable evidence, but none of this is to actually protect children. The main point is to feed the giant. DHS uses psychologically accredited, evaluation institutions to act in unethical standards and find blame where there is none, using tax-payer dollars to support this activity. Their activities feed one another’s lust. DHS needs guilty people, evaluation centers need consistent business. It’s a perfect fit. And, people who have passed lie detector tests and claimed innocent with children who remain unharmed will still find themselves ‘guilty,’ of harming their own children, without due process while their criminal case ensues, now supported by DHS’ very unskilled and unqualified, ‘findings.’ This is where the giant lies. Hidden behind a now, ongoing criminal trial that sits in the public’s view, obscuring what’s happening in the background, where the minions are acting without a court of law, due process or civil liberties. In fact, in every other State or Federal department, when a decision is reached in any situation, the affected person is contacted and given the right to debate the findings. However, DHS does not believe in such a process. The government needs to satisfy the beasts’ hunger right away.

 After these so-called, 'criminals,' are released, they are placed on a sex offender registry list. This isn't a list that is kept by law enforcement officials, but given to the general public. No, it doesn't help them - it empowers them to become ridiculing, cruel bastards. The Constitution ruled out cruel and unusual punishments, and in America such s piblic humiliation- that has been a standard for well over 100 years. The Sex Offender list is more proof that the Government is trying to keep you distracted from the giant!

While DHS may eventually offer an individual the right to contest DHS’s findings (in an effort to keep up appearances and keep the giant hidden), it will be too late. By then, the giant has your child, and either you give up on the one you love, or lie and admit guilt to DHS, taking sex offender classes and get registered as a sex offender, adding to the prosecution’s case against you and getting you sent to prison where you will still lose contact with your beloved, little one [the perverbial rock and a hard spot]. Think this happens only to the guilty? Did I not write before that there just aren’t enough guilty people? While I will write a little later on of the guilty, for now I write of the innocent. Those who are thrust before the giant, helplessly and in pain, but are innocent of the crimes for which they have been accused. The government employs a system I call: The Hungry, Hungry Hippo technique. This technique sets up the police stations to receive additional funding for the more people they bust (trying to fill the giant’s quota). So, like marbles in a game of Hungry, Hungry Hippo, all the white marbles, which look identical represent the innocent and the guilty, and the police are attacking at whatever comes within reach. Sure, they don’t invade any private home they want because that would reveal their actions to the general public. Instead, the F.B.I. and local authorities work to set people up online. They financially back the media, supporting Dateline NBC’s series: To Catch a Predator, Oprah Winfrey’s campaign to stop predators and these mediums allow themselves to be used for money and out of fear. When all else fails, the officers change audio tapes of interviews and provide lies on police reports. But, in their attempts to disguise the giant, the government has actually revealed him to those who sit in the shadows and watch, and would use this knowledge for their own, corrupt desires.

 We call these people, Spyders! They are malicious hackers who do not necessarily live for financial gain, but to cause harm to another. Some intend to purposefully harm others, while there are those, much like terrorists at an airport who might sneak a liquid into your carry-on to avoid taking responsibility should it be discovered, who use your computer for their gain. Out of the 200 million+ adults in America that own computers, over 90% of them live in the belief that either their computer is completely secured, or that they have nothing of value for a hacker to steal anyway. What they don’t know, is that the security they employ may not be enough for someone directly attacking them, or that they do have something of value: the computer itself. While the government is increasing the penalties on those who view child pornography trying to make up the excuse that they just want to stop the child porn industry (hiding their underlying intentions of feeding the giant), they are inadvertently encouraging criminals with mal intent to join in the world of hackers. Where 20 years ago, hackers might have moved into the world of criminal activity, today, it has gone the opposite direction. Who wants to go to prison for 5, consecutive, life-time sentences? Nobody! Especially with the conviction of child rape (referring back to the mix-matched accusations of viewing child pornography being equivalent to making it or raping a child) and the dislike of those people in prison. It is actually easier and safer now, for criminals (much like it is terrorists in an airport) to risk losing the materials they were after or sought to transport, than to be the one accused of acquiring it. Terrorists don’t want to be caught transporting chemicals on airplanes, and that’s why airport security has increased, as has the risk of people actually asking you to carry items for them! Some pedophile, who may have had no interest in computer technology before (beyond the most basic use of it), now finds themselves with a laptop, in a strange neighborhood, hacking into the first open wireless account they see. In fact, many of these people will go to Youtube.com, blackhatproject.com, wardrivers.com and other internet sites to gain the software and minimal knowledge needed to be successful in avoiding detection by setting YOU up. And sure, while the D.A. can’t prove the computer owner committed the crime, the police and authorities, and even the jury, are purposefully kept ignorant of foreign IP addresses, computer hacking and similar activities that locally, wirelessly and remotely allow full access into your computer. Some have even become intelligent enough to create viruses to place pictures in ‘obvious,’ locations on another’s computer to make them appear guilty without a doubt, then self-delete themselves and leave much like a criminal who just shot a man, ran by, handed you the gun, and kept running; and there you stand, holding the smoking gun, in front of a group of cops who are playing a game of Hungry, Hungry Hippo. Why keep running? Why look anywhere else? They got their marble. They’ll just keep shooting until they get another marble.

 Not frightened yet? Are you amongst the many who have become mindless sheep, shrugging your shoulders and saying to yourself that it’s okay, you’re exempt and safe, because this sort of thing happens to only a few, select people? Well, before you get too comfortable, listen quietly to the howl of the wind, the falling run or the beating sun. What do you hear? You hear that the rest of the world is still going on without you. You are not lost in the mix or a celestial body that moves on its own, independent from all else. You too, are sitting at your computer now, reading this, like many others. And, you too are susceptible to the Minion’s ‘traps.’ What are these traps? Well, if the authorities aren’t supposed to wait around for the bad guys to come to them, and there aren’t enough bad guys out there, some of these authorities must answer the call of duty. They must become dark soldiers sent out to play games with your life, and support other, criminal elements in snaring you in their ‘trap.’  So, let’s say a missing parent, aspiring foster parent or just vengeful ex learns about this giant’s existence and decides to spite you with lies. They have learned there is financial gain in such actions, and join the world of Spyders. Ever wonder if you’ve wronged or upset someone who might seek to harm you? In order to help fill the giant’s hunger, the government uses and encourages these people to hurt you while also protecting them. Before you can protest these lies (if you even get that chance since DHS has authority over the State and Federal courts, preventing you from having a trial at all), you suddenly find yourself wrapped up in a criminal case, your child has been taken away in the hands of the beast, you are being followed and hunted by the authorities who guard the beasts’ secrets, and you must watch helplessly as the beast feeds not only upon your child’s pain, but your own as well. DHS/CPS can remove a child from your home, place him/her in foster care or in the home of another biological parent, and you get no say in the matter. You can’t even protest it; even if the other parent threatens to, has or does harm your child. Then, the I.R.S. sees to it that the child’s ‘new’, family gets a couple thousand dollars a month to take on what they consider and have proven with their words and actions an unloved, burden (which is your pride and joy and beloved angel), pays off CPS to ensure the giant is informed of their loyalty, and before you can even scream for someone to help save your child from the beast’s clutches, it is too late. They are now in the custody of a new family. That is to say that they have been swallowed up, and you are in the giant’s grip as it holds onto you, letting you hear your child continue to scream for help, to come home, for the only family they’ve ever known to bring them back. The giant derives pleasure from this. Should you try to fight the giant, the government will ensure that you are thoroughly humiliated, destroyed, financially robbed and emotionally ripped apart. That way, your screams for help are lost to the winds. The government makes sure that unless you can afford to buy it, you get no justice.

 But, there’s hope, isn’t there? While the minions working for the giant are constantly building up the small child’s hopes, telling him that soon the giant will release him and soon he will go home, knowing that the truth is that soon he will be swallowed up completely and all of those built-up dreams and hopes shattered, perhaps the parents can climb up the giant and shout the truth at their child, at least trying to prepare them for what’s about to come. But, no. Of course, we can’t do that. The truth, is not something we want to tell our children. We are forbidden from telling our children anything that might involve ‘adult’ matters. We cannot make promises, because the minions will tell you, that when you make a promise to see your child soon, or that you’re fighting for them to come home, that you are making an empty promise that you cannot fulfill. For those with their cerebral cortex intact and not tightly packed within their sphincter region, we know this to be the minions’ cryptic, yet obvious way of telling the parents that those promises are empty, because DHS, before any trial, prosecution or chance for defense, has deemed you ‘guilty,’ or even, ‘sick in the head,’ by (again) unqualified personnel with unlimited authority. And, it’s the job of these minions (the government identifies them as, ‘caseworkers,’ for DHS/CPS) to do this, increasing the pain that will feed the giant. So, instead, I sneak in, all ninja-style, and quietly hand him a note. It doesn’t bad mouth anyone else, it doesn’t indicate who might be hurting him, but it tells him, get ready son, they’re going to take you away, and I want you to be okay because I may not get to see you again. The note may tell your child to cry out to all who shall listen, talk to your attorney (if you are fool-hearty enough to believe that your child’s court appointed attorney has even met with your child or assigned a caseworker to check on your child’s health), trying to help your child fight, just before the very end. I know that it is something that will make my son sad, but alas, he’s crying out for help, and the minions are telling him, ‘sure, don’t worry, we’ll get you out of here and make everything all better!’ But, when the minions get ahold of the note, all hell breaks loose.

The giant is infuriated, and his other fist comes down upon you full bore, crushing you flat. Does it hurt? Not really. Now that his minions have already cornered you, gleefully laughing and telling you that you shall never see your child again, any pain beyond that is nonexistent. And what’s worse, is that the people you would hope could protect you and your child, the judges and the attorneys, see that you have upset the giant and suddenly run around scared and afraid. The Judges either fall to the authority of the Giant usurping their own, or turn against the parent, scolding them for being harmful toward their child, never questioning why one might tell their child the truth. Would that parent really want to harm their own child whom they’ve loved and nurtured for years and years? Aren’t there a myriad of obvious, other ways that a person can harm or scar a child? Since when does the truth become harmful? Of course, the reality is, that while we are supposed to have a safe-haven for our children, such as DHS (and I will be the first to say, that for 8 years of my own son’s life, until I was confronted with the giant, I believed that DHS was there to help), how is it that our children can ever again be expected to trust DHS/CPS or the authorities, when those people are lying to him and will only prove themselves to be untrustworthy? The minions are, in fact, working against their own cause (in which the truth would have been in their favor, if they indeed sought to actually protect children – thereby solidifying the true intentions of these monsters). They are nothing but mindless slaves, unqualified and unskilled in the field of psychology and are acting as such. Their malicious harming of another stems from their being hired to do a job where they must be hurting someone, or else they have no job. That is the worst type of work that has ever existed in this country, and yet, our own government fears the giant to such extremes, that they support the minions even when they’re purposefully working on hurting a child.

 But, what comes of telling this truth? While our children may profess to the minions (aka. caseworkers) that they love their parents, that their parents would not lie to them and do not make mistakes, DHS/CPS violates its own policies (for about the 100^th time by this point in the process) and involves our children in adult matters, seeking to undermine us and cause pain and heartache for the giant to feed on. It’s not enough that the giant may feed on the misery of our children, he must also be fed their parents. Thus, DHS/CPS tells the child (who is still in the grasp of the giant), your parent lied, your parent is bad, your parent made a mistake and adults shouldn’t do that. Adults shouldn’t tell kids to keep secrets. Adults shouldn’t pass notes. And, as soon as your child, who has felt continuously betrayed by these people and has suffered months of indignities, lies and harassment and is terribly confused tries to argue with them, DHS/CPS tells the children they’re wrong and silences them. But, the minions know, the child is not suffering enough. The parent is not suffering enough. The giant is not feeding, and that is counterproductive to their goals. So the minions will bring you forth in chains, stripped and bare, taking away your rights or abilities to even bring your child food when they’re hungry or medicine when they’re sick, (or perhaps offering you the chance to surrender your child’s possessions into their custody, to be used during visitations, so that rather than your child getting to take their own items home with them, must know that DHS/CPS is now in possession of them, and you are the one who gave away their toys, further trying to hurt you in the eyes of your child) and try to force you to yell out to your child that you were wrong, that you are a liar and that you did make a mistake. Oh sure, you can argue this, but DHS/CPS has already done the damage. Even if you say nothing, a small, innocent child has now been forced to question everything he or she has ever known and will suffer even more. By not allowing you to share your emotions such as love or longing for your child in their absence, they are letting your children feel alone, and abandoned. This is the breakdown. It breaks down and shatters the souls of the parents who cry in court rooms and plead to deaf ears for help. It breaks down the children who look to the only source of trust they’ve ever known only to find emptiness where lips have been sealed (unbeknownst to the child that those lips are sealed under the threat that their parent will never get to see them again, even right before they’re lost forever, and unbeknownst to the innocent child that the parent only maintains their silence, not wanting to abandon their child) and become weak and afraid. It is a systematic series of actions that the minions have been trained in, and are hired for. It is the only skill they have; a process of pain and destruction.

 But, what of those who are really hurt by their parents? Is there hope and redemption for them? While many may argue yes, that does not offset the amount of deaths and rapes and permanent emotional scars that have been reaped upon the innocent by those DHS has selected as their ‘extensions,’ to help hide the giant’s presence in the public. There are those children that are probably being helped by a few foster homes, finding a new life, away from dangerous and harmful parents. Those are the stories that DHS ‘hopes,’ they’ll get enough of, in-between the devastation and death they otherwise leave in their wake, using the media to broadcast those stories and keep the giant hidden for a while longer. And while people such as those at Fightcps.com have tried to make the public aware, the only ones who ever find their way to these internet sites that expose the giant and tell the truth are those who are already wronged. Those who have suffered and bled and are bleeding some more, living with the echoes in their heads of their children crying out for help, hoping to make a change. But, does anyone else hear? Can anyone else see what’s going on?

 Certainly not the government. They are far too busy trying to hide the giant. And, because of their own, self-damning laws, they dare not speak out now against the falsely accused, lest they gather the attention of those around them to see what’s really happening. Do the parents who live in fear for their children’s lives hear the truth? I’m afraid, like many other parents who struggle to keep their children safe from predators and pedophiles, I too, did not hear the truth. For all the truths I have known, I had never seen the giant, and yet every day, I was looking straight at it. I could not hear the muffled cries of children, although every day I stood next to them. And, rather than just be shamed, I must be punished. It is selfish of me to have dreamt that I might follow all the rules of the land and obey the authorities blindly and be permitted to be a parent. It is selfish of me to have reveled in the sheer joy that comes from the privilege of loving and protecting my child. It is selfish of me to have wanted to protect him and care for him for the rest of my life. For that, I am proud. I am proud to have been selfish. I am proud to know I protected my son in every way.

But, a dark shadow has already cast out the light, and nothing but the broken, battered soul of a once, proud parent remains. The darkened soul who has seen the giant, looked into its eyes and felt its might upon his head, is all that I have become. Perhaps, if there was a way for all this to be repaired, things could go back to being the same (but never - completely). But, that requires having a bit of secret knowledge that surprisingly, most parents don’t know. Our lives are not linear. We alone, are not whole. For me, my child was the other half of my circle. For me, he completed me and filled in the gaps and struck down the burdens of the world, helping me to see the joy in the simplicities life has to offer. With my circle broken, I am not whole, and am therefore broken inside. Only when my circle is made whole, might that be repaired. And, yet, it would still be darkened, for we would live in fear of the great and mighty giant who lingers in the darkness, constantly aware that the authorities above us are waiting to snatch whomever they can to feed the beast.

 But, these things, will not happen. Have you ever wondered why, an attorney who has a constant retainer of over $10,000 per client (at minimum) and nets around $200,000 per year, will never represent anyone because the cause is just? After all, these folks became criminal defenders because they believed in their cause, right? That’s where we’re wrong. These folks are already well aware of the giant and its minions. They know the lack of knowledge the public have and what their client will be faced with. That’s why they require money up front. They are taking a risk, every time they defend a client, of upsetting the giant. And, they are so afraid of the giant themselves, that their only motivation for taking the risk is the money. If the money’s good enough, in a Capitalist country (which I won’t waste time defining here), any risk is worth the endeavor. But, what of the public defenders? Don’t they care, obviously working a non-profit environment where they are trying to support the innocent? While I hate to be so stereotypical as to rule out those who have, throughout history, shown a sincere concern toward their duty, shall we not look to the doctors who swore a Hippocratic oath to heal the sick and wounded, but turn you away without insurance or money? The world is not the way we had hoped. Those with the money turn a blind eye to this because they can afford the services, and dare not upset a giant and lose their status of security. Those without the money either remain quiet, in fear, or speak out and once again, have their screams of pain fall upon deaf ears. The government sees to it that public defenders get limited amounts of money to support their client. In fact, it’s only become recently aware to this writer, that part of what the attorney makes for representing the case will be reduced by whatever they spend over the pre-approved budget. This means, limited or inefficient expert witnesses. There is no questioning tests or evaluations from the prosecution’s side, mounting a limited defense with only a best ‘hope,’ that it ‘may,’ work and all the while preparing cases for three or four other clients who occupy their time. These folks only make $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per case usually, and may only handle 150 cases per year (that is if they’re abiding by state rules, which has often times been proven not to be the case). And, out of the $150,000 they make in a year (minimum), they will have to consider half of that to go back into the company. So, while they still make good money, they don’t want to lose their jobs and maintain that high level of cases so that their $75,000.00+ per year jobs aren’t reduced by even one case. This was a strategic development strategy employed by the government to create the illusion of having a complete and solid defense for the public’s knowledge and in a court of law, while secretly leaving people to suffer so that the giants may feed.

 Like I wrote earlier, the fear isn’t in feeling for the pain of another. Far too many people in this country have allowed their televisions, computers and their own daily strife to cloud their judgment and blind them to the pain another feels. It is not something that people will readily change any time soon. Look at the in-school shootings, IRS Bombing, 9-11 and other cases where the entire nation seemed to be in an uproar, but dissipated over night. Even the floods from Katrina have still left a wake of destruction behind them, and yet, that story has merely, ‘faded away.’  What you should be concerned about, is that you are, and you will be, next. No, there is nothing that exempts you from this situation. Every profession, lifestyle, age and background are being taken away. Even those who have lived good and pure lives are being taken away. Ask yourself, when you read or hear about a person who was convicted of being a child predator or someone who plead guilty to the crime, how often do you hear of a child involved? How often do you hear the news rattle off some minimalistic garbage about some child pornography on that computer? You have not been around for months to see what hell that person went through. You have not heard all there is to hear about the computer, that person’s lifestyle or activities, and yet, what is your first thought? You hear the words "child predator," and your mind too, is made up. This is where Juries become dangerous and court rooms become criminal. Word of mouth is spread. Anonymity or a completely fair trials have both been denied. And, yet, what of your computer? Have you received spam? If so, there’s a 50/50 chance you have child pornography on your computer right now. Have you been to an adult website or even accidentally redirected to one? Then there’s an 80% chance you have child pornography on your computer while you are reading this. Do you have any open accounts, including your computer, or have you checked your IP address this last month with any of your utility companies to ensure that nobody was hacking your system? Great, now you’ve checked it. Check it again later tonight. Then again, tomorrow. Then again later on. It may seem strange to some, but these things can happen at any time when you’re on, or even not on the internet (for your own, personal computer, it's when your open internet connection such as Broadband or DSL combined with a turned on computer that puts you at risk).  That means, you’re at 70% chance of getting caught doing something you haven’t, without taking into consideration enemies, vengeful ex's and hackers. You have an obligation to yourself, to your friends and to your family to fight. You have an obligation to end the oppression and see to it laws are re-established that ends this crude industry and that the giant is put down. It has been going on unchecked long enough, and if those of you who have remained ignorant to the truth say nothing, than at least tell your children you love them now, because very soon, you may never have the chance to even speak to them again.
